Private Commissions
Please contact me to begin the process. The exact steps will vary based on your commission and how involved you’d like to be. Generally, after you reach out, we’ll schedule a conversation (typically 15–25 minutes) to discuss the scope of your idea. If we both agree to move forward, I’ll provide an estimated price range, and a small non-refundable deposit will be required, which will be credited toward the final cost of the completed piece. From there, the next steps are usually handled through private Zoom meetings.

The first step is typically choosing the gemstone(s) or diamond(s) that will serve as the heart of your design. Once the stone is selected, we begin shaping the overall vision for the piece. Depending on the complexity of the design, this may involve a range of sketches—sometimes broad concepts, other times highly detailed renderings—to ensure clarity in the final direction. Generally, three refined sketches are sufficient; additional sketches may add to the final price.
If your piece is to be fully handcrafted using solderless fabrication, a detailed sketch will serve as the foundation, but you won’t see the final piece until it’s complete. If the design requires casting or cast-and-assembly, you’ll likely receive a digital rendering before I proceed with the final creation.

While some clients prefer to be involved in every stage of the process, others trust me to bring their vision to life with minimal oversight. In some cases, clients have approved a preliminary sketch, while others have felt comfortable enough to allow me full creative freedom. The ultimate goal is the same: to craft a truly exceptional, deeply personal jewel that exceeds expectations.

Every piece is individually crafted with care, and timelines will vary based on complexity and involvement. In general, you should expect the process to take 4 to 8 weeks from start to finish.
